wow…they truly went above & beyond with customer service. chad was absolutely amazing and made our experience totally stress-free and seamless. we explained our budget and chad gave us a heck of a deal on the carpet that we liked. they even helped us load it into our SUV and strap it down etc. there were no long drawn out sales pitches or up selling, everything was quick and too the point which was nice. i will HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing their floors done. we normally don’t go out of our way to write reviews but after dealing with home depot (who gave us such a headache and literally quoted us three times the amount for the same job that we got at floor pro) we think they deserve the praise. we got our carpet done for literally a fraction of the price and the customer service was truly astounding. we are renting our house now but we’ve already decided that once we become homeowners we will be back at floorpro to get even nicer floors because they had a huge selection of tile, vinyl plank etc too. the prices & customer service can’t be beat. do not waste your time and money at the big box stores. go to this place!

Floor Pro’s customer service went above and beyond anything we expected. They did a great job from the beginning to the end. I kept in contact with Misty and she was a great resource for anything we needed. The contractors did a great job installing the floor. They cleaned up everything and hauled all the old carpet away. They completed the job in 1 day which was awesome! WE LOVE OUR FLOORS! They look great! Thank you so much Floor Pro and Misty!!! Y’all were great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
